CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Many of our surfers are children, so a parent or legal guardian must register anyone under 18 and sign the waiver for them.
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Information about a child comes from the parent or guardian who registers them. We use it only to run the program the child is attending and to keep them safe.
If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians may ask to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
We often take photos and video at camps and lessons, and we may share them on our website, social media, and marketing.
We ask for permission to use participant images during registration or in our waiver. You can opt out at registration, or at any time by contacting us. If you opt out later, we will stop using those images in new content and remove them from our website and social pages where we reasonably can.
We do not tag children or post their full names without a parent's or guardian's permission.

We share personal information only with the people and companies who help us run our business, and only as much as they need.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on trusted providers with their own security measures. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
